Cognition Acquires The Interaction Company

Cognition has acquired The Interaction Company, the creators of Poke, a personal agent software that has exchanged 100 million messages in the last three months with hundreds of thousands of users. Poke is noted for being the only AI agent approved to text natively on Apple Messages, as stated by Scott, a representative from Cognition.

Marvin, a team member of The Interaction Company, emphasized the exceptional talent within the company, which aims for ambitious product development. Following the acquisition, Scott confirmed that Poke users can continue using the product as before, with plans to integrate Cognition’s models and infrastructure to enhance Poke's speed and reliability.

This acquisition follows Cognition's ongoing efforts to innovate in AI-driven communication tools, positioning Poke as a significant player in the personal agent space.
