How matching works

An item matches if any company filter matches AND any keyword filter matches (or filters are empty).
Impact is hierarchical: major+ includes major and critical.
"Since you last checked" uses the timestamp of your previous visit to this page; new items are highlighted.
The 90-second brief format renders the top 5 matches as a contiguous read.
