Suno Updates Download Limits and Terms of Service Effective September 3, 2026

Effective September 3, 2026, Suno will implement new download limits across its subscription tiers. Free tier users will be restricted to 7 lifetime trial downloads, while Pro subscribers can download up to 20 songs per month, and Premier subscribers can download 60 songs per month. Notably, Premier subscribers using Suno Studio will have no download limits. This update also states that trial downloads do not reset monthly and are a one-time allowance, affecting all downloads including those created before the cutoff date. Suno claims that the models available now are superior to any previously released, stating they are better on every measurable metric. Songs downloaded from Suno on paid plans can be used commercially or personally, ensuring that users retain rights to their downloaded content.
